Most rentals in Kings Beach are units. Two-bedroom units had a median of $690 a week in the September 2026 quarter, up from $600 a year earlier, and three-bedroom units $825, up from $725.
Pelican Waters at the top.
Pelican Waters had the highest median of Caloundra’s suburbs, at $1,025 a week. Four-bedroom houses there had a median of $990, up from $900 a year earlier.
A station for Caloundra.
Stage 1 of The Wave will run 19 km from Beerwah to Caloundra, with new stations at Aura and Caloundra. Major construction is expected to start in 2027, subject to approvals, with the line planned to open before the 2032 Games.
